What Can I Help You With?

With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health, I specialize in providing support to children, youth, and adults facing a wide range of challenges. My areas of expertise include trauma and complex trauma, anxiety disorders (such as generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and social anxiety), depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use problems. My extensive experience in therapeutic settings, particularly within northern communities, has deepened my understanding and approach to these issues.
